This is a fabulous complex with gardens and pool. As it is very close to the town centre of Marbella you can walk down to the beach or in to town excellent for those of you who do not want to rent a car.
This apartment is located on the second floor, in Costa Nagueles, a prestigious neighbourhood, guarded by private security. This tastefully decorated apartment has air conditioning, a parking garage, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), each bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa, a table and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Hacienda Nigueles has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The apartment is located very near the beach (5-minute walk) and a supermarket (3 minutes) and very close to luxurious shops, restaurants and a 5-star hotel with a modern gymnasium. We recommend you an organic restaurant TERRA SANA http://www.terrasana.net and Marbella Club, a splendid restaurant situated on the beach.

Marbella is part of Spain’s Costa del Sol, Malaga. Marbella's 'micro-climate' ensures a pleasurable Mediterranean weather all year round, with bright sunny days for the greater part of the year. The combination of mountain peaks of the Sierra Blanca tucked in against the coastline promises a very mild winter with an average maximum temperature of 22.8º C and a minimum of 13º C. Summers are dry and hot and can reach temperatures that go well into the 30's. Fortunately, due to low humidity, the heat is comfortable and not sticky or overbearing.
