This 53 sqm apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Platinum Towers building in ul. Grzybowska Central Warsaw. The building is located next to, really an integral part of, the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre and the large Premium Holmes Place Spa, Health and Leisure Centre. It has a sunny aspect capturing winter sun and has opening windows and two doors to a large balcony with an open view to the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising. The apartment is a new build and has never been occupied. It is modern in design, fully equipped and tastefully furnished in neutral colours.
